It is hereby further apprised to the general public that our company is engaged in the business of Direct Selling through its Direct Sellers and in other business activities as stated in the object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the company.
We are also engaged in the marketing or sales of goods directly to the end-user consumer on MRP or below the MRP using word of mouth, publicity, display, demonstration of the goods/products, and/or distribution of pamphlets.
We explicitly declare that no assurance or promise is given by the company or its Direct Sellers regarding any guaranteed income on account of the product purchases made by respective customers. However, the Direct Seller shall be eligible for sales incentives depending upon the point volume of business done by him/her as per the terms and conditions of the company. Our company strictly abides by and complies with the guidelines issued by the Govt. of India in respect of Direct Selling in its true spirit and object.
